Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier availability

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Packaging & Insurance

All artwork is professionally packaged and fully insured during transit to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.


Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $50
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $100
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $600

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high shipping volumes.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, repair, or other appropriate solution.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. ArtomotiveUSA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
