Returns
Because of the unique nature of our artwork, all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to review artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order.

Damaged Items
Every artwork is professionally packaged and insured for transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the artwork and all packaging materials.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
  4. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.

Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Custom Artwork
Custom commissions and personalized artwork are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
